We are looking for 2 compliance professionals for our Medical team due to internal promotions!
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 years’ experience working within the compliance team of a medical, education or social work recruitment agency and be fully conversant with all aspects of compliancy requirements within the sector. You will be working closely with our teams of Medical Recruiters who supply to the NHS, specifically the Occupational Therapy Team and the Phlebotomy Team.
You will have a willing and helpful approach, a superb telephone manner and the ability to communicate at all levels to ensure the smooth progress and chasing of essential referencing, certificates, documentation, CRB checks and training certificates. You will have a true sense of urgency, realising the importance of speed and accuracy to ensure a steady flow of compliant candidates for our very busy consultants. You will be responsible for regular audits and pre-audit checks to ensure 100% compliance as required, and you will have a good working knowledge of Excel Spread sheets for tracking and administration purposes.

Compliance Role Description:
• Registering candidates face to face
• Chasing candidates for compliance documents
• Advising candidates on Immunisations and Training (might be required)
• Sending online CRB log-ins and ensuring payment is received unless consultant states otherwise
• Requesting and chasing references
• Updating in-house database (ACT)
• Keeping up to date with working candidates compliance
• Timesheets Misc
• Coffee run
• Weekly basic adhoc duties such as distributing and franking the post, back up, reception cover
Requirements:
• Previous Compliance experience preferably in a medical/education/social work background or recruitment agency
• General knowledge of CRB’s
Salary between £24,000 – £30,000 depending on experience plus on target bonus, to start ASAP.
