Due to excellent business growth in their Bancassurance channel, they are looking for an experienced General / Medical Insurance Business Development / Marketing Professional to support a number of distribution channels including branch, call centre, online, ATM and other new marketing opportunities.

Job Description

Reporting to the Bancassurance Business Development team head, you will assist in exploring business opportunities to drive growth. You will drive business revenue on personal line of General Insurance products with a focus on medical insurance through retail banking distribution channels including branch, call centre, online, ATM and other new marketing opportunities. You will assist in supervising team members as well as hands-on conducting market research, competitive analysis and industry trend studies. You will drive marketing and campaigns development, launch, monitoring & evaluation. You will work closely with technical product development team to design and enhance retail insurance products. You will also assist business development managers to prepare presentations, business proposals and business partners’ visitations.

To be qualified for this role, you should have at least 4-5 years of experience in Insurance / Bancassurance Business Development or Marketing related roles. Knowledge on digital marketing would be an advantage. You should also have product understanding on personal line General Insurance products especially medical. You should have a Bachelor or above degree in Marketing, Business or e-Commerce related discipline. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives and subject matter experts. You should be proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
