Bakery Operative

Salary: £13.61 – £14.12 per hour

We are recruiting for Operatives to join our Lantmännen Unibake team in our Milton Keynes bakery food manufacturing site.

Pay rate:

With an average hourly rate of £13.61 – £14.12as your skill level improves. Our Operatives earn between £456.00 and £473.00 per hour!

There is plenty of overtime available starting at £13.61 – £14.12per hour.

Shift pattern:

We operate a continental shift pattern with 7 days off in every 14-day cycle. We are a 24/7 operating bakery, 12-hour shifts covering days/nights and weekdays/weekends, on a two-week Rota. Shift patterns are 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off. Shifts start times are 6am and 6pm.
