Job Title: Field Sales Account Manager / BDM / Field Sales Executive (Home Based)
Territory: Buckinghamshire / Cambridgeshire (MK, PE, CB postcodes)
Basic: £24,000 – £28,800 (plus further opportunity to increase salary annually)
OTE: £42,000 – £48,000 uncapped (top performers can earn in excess of £54k)
Benefits: Company car or car allowance, laptop, blackberry, contributory pension scheme, home office set up

Role:

– In this home based Field Sales role you will be selling Water Cooler solutions such as Coolers, Dispensers and Water Fountains into mainly the SME and smaller corporate marketplaces for this large National Blue Chip organisation who are market leaders in their field
– You will need to sit a minimum of 3 appointments per day
– This is a ‘service based’ sell and so a consultative sales approach is required with the knowledge of service contracts and/or leasing agreements
– Average orders will be 1 to 2 units
– 70% New Business focused but you will also be given the top 50 accounts in your region to retain and grow
– There is excellent Telesales support who you will work very closely with but you will also need to generate your own leads and appointments
– Fantastic uncapped earning potential, annual salary reviews and career development within this organisation

Candidate Requirements:

– All candidates MUST have at least 2 years B2B Field Sales Experience
– Excellent territory management skills
– New business driven with excellent account development skills
– Pro-active and dynamic

– Be a team player and customer focused
– Passionate and with a great work ethic
– You need to be driven by success
– Have a full driving license
