AV Logistics Coordinator

Salary: £28,800 – £33,600 per year

Working within a fast-paced operations team the Logistics Coordinator will be a key member of the team liaising with projects, assisting with deliveries, collections, returns and in-house testing.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsibility for goods movement from end to end
• Packing, labelling, configuring, testing, and processing goods ready for shipment
• Preparing shipment paperwork including packing lists and commercial invoices
• Stock transfer, allocation and adjustments using in house system
• Receiving/Fulfilling goods on inhouse system
• Updating in-house system and inputting data for sales orders, purchase orders, etc.
• Liaising with purchasing and projects team regarding goods in / out
• Follow Quality Assurance Procedures
• Process review/amendment when required
• Organise and manage inventory
• Assist with stock take
• Lifecycle improvement as per business needs
• Adhere to the waste and packaging directives and assist with WEEE collections

Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in IT or AV would be advantageous
• Experience with Windows and Android operating systems
• Working under pressure, to tight deadlines, both as part of a team and under own initiative
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Strong administration skills
