Salary: £33,600 – £38,400 per year

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Event Technician to join the team of one of our most prestigious clients. Central London based, the successful candidate will be onsite providing direct Audio Visual support to the client.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Event Technician’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Events support.
• Liaising with clients for large events to understand their requirements.
• Video/Audio conference set up and support.
• Site certification of all new and relocated video conference systems.
• Working knowledge of virtual technologies including but not limited to – WebEx, Zoom and Teams
• General AV meeting room support.
• Faults and room checks.
• Assist with first line repairs.
• Mentor other members of the team.
• Assist with the training of all technical team members.
• Advise clients on best practice.
• Maintaining a good working relationship with global AV counterparts.
• Hold and attend regular meetings with global AV teams to discuss service and operations issues.
