Warehouse Event Technician

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Our client has been established for 23 years and specialises in Event Management, Lighting and Creative Design for the corporate event industry. The company has gained a reputation with its clients for delivering events of an exceptionally high standard.
We are looking for a flexible individual who can wear multiple hats. One day you may be covering warehouse activities, prepping equipment, dealing with logistics and another day you may be wearing a suit for a more corporate-style event. You will also find yourself covering fairly uncomplex event audio visual technician duties or doing a site visit prior to setting up an event. You will need to be a team player who isn’t precious about your job title. In return you will be offered a flexible working environment, time off in lieu and the ability to finish early if it is quiet. You will need to have a full driving license and the ability to drive a Sprinter Van when needed. If you don’t have your own vehicle but can commute to the warehouse that is acceptable. If you do own a vehicle there is parking onsite. The event work is mainly corporate, which means that they tend to close between Christmas and New Year unless there is an unusual requirement. The company wants to ensure that you maintain a good work-life balance and enjoy working as part of their team. Working hours tend to range from 35-40 hours per week.
