Automotive Recruitment Consultant – Telesales Background

Premier Auto Recruit are working on behalf of our client, an outstanding recruitment and training company who are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Recruitment Consultant to join their busy team in their head office in Croxley.

The ideal candidate would preferably come from an automotive background, with previous experience of telesales within this industry.

The successful candidate would be required to meet start targets through identification and creation of apprenticeship vacancies and match suitable applicants, plus recruitment of existing employed staff onto apprenticeship programmes.

You will be the first point of contact for employer and applicant queries or issues and will be a proactive member of the Recruitment team.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, cold calling is essential and must be able to work in a high pressure environment.
