The Business

An established Healthcare Recruitment Company, that supplies Health & Social Care Workers, Medical & Nursing Personnel. They are an approved supplier under the current NHS Nursing Framework Agreement and supply into Trusts, Hospitals and Prisons throughout Yorkshire & Humber, East Midlands and the North West. They provide community Health and Nursing Services and partner with many privately and publicly owned Health and Nursing establishments.

The opportunity

Due to recent appointment onto the NHS Framework, my client is looking to hire an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join their team and help manage the contract.
You will be responsible for managing and filling all bookings on a temporary and permanent basis (majority of the roles you will be filling would be temporary).
You will have experience of supplying into the NHS and understand all aspects of the process, including compliance.

The Candidate

You will come from a Healthcare Recruitment background, ideally working within and one of the following sectors: Community Services, Home Care, Residential day care, Social Work, Theatre, or Midwifery.
The types of candidates you would be placing will range from Care Workers, Support Workers, Healthcare Personnel up to Nurse & Nurse Team Lead / Managers.
You will have experience of supplying into the NHS and understand all aspects of the process, including compliance
You will have a consistent and proven track record of filling requirements and hitting targets.
