Audio Typist Receptionist

My client is based in Liverpool City Centre is looking for a competent audio typist who will work front of house and be the first point of contact for customers and clients.

Responsibilities in this role include

As front of house you will be the first point of contact for clients both face to face and over the phone so strong communication skills are important for the role

Audio Typing the statements over the phone drafting statements for claimants of personal injury, industrial disease and professional negligence

The ideal candidate must be hard working, with excellent communication skills and a professional attitude. In addition they must also be highly organised with good attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Please note you must also be a highly skilled audio typist be succeed in this role.
