Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year
A professionally qualified Associate Mechanical Engineer is needed for a specialist MEP consultancy based in central London.
Due to a number of recent successful project wins the organisation is now expanding again and needs an established Associate Mechanical Engineer to lead and develop a team of established engineers, produce technically concise reports, lead projects and build client relationships through delivery. Suitable individuals will be given the opportunity to take command of their own career development and progress to full director or partner level.
The Associate Mechanical Design Engineer will have prior experience guiding and leading a multi disciplinary team. At least ten years UK consultant engineering experience, with a minimum of three years at Associate level.
A mix of project experience across multiple sectors. Prior experience in delivering a range of projects including conceptual and detailed design, surveying, acquisitions, and maintenance scheduling. Degree qualified or with equivalent experience. Project planning and experience delivering P&L desirable.
The consulting engineering practice has a flat structure, long standing client relationships, and experienced team. Success in delivering projects in multiple sectors including, Education, Healthcare and especially key infrastructure (rail).
