CVM People is a Marketing Analytics and Data Science consultancy, specialising in assisting blue chip clients in Retail, Financial Services, Telco, and just about all industries where customer data science is at the heart of decision making.
Due to ongoing success, we are looking to expand our Resourcing Team – the engine room of the company. Since we arrived in Basingstoke in Sept ’15, the team has gone from strength to strength, and the wider business has thrived.

The Resourcing Team are involved in all aspects of the companies’ services, whether that’s building the perfect interim team to deliver a work package for a client, helping clients with team scoping and skill strategy for their permanent analytical & insight teams, or performing technical campaigns and ad-hoc recruitment projects to support our clients’ needs.

Person specification: It’s very important to us to employ the right person, skills can be taught, mistakes forgiven, but a bad attitude is an absolute killer.
The “right” person is: • Intelligent – able to pick up new things quickly and undertake thorough and in depth research tasks. • Passionate – committed to not just their own success and development, but the success of those around them; someone whole understands the value of team achievement. • People centric – dealing with people is a huge part of what we do, often these people are highly skilled and the conversations quite technical, you’ve got to be charming, prepared, and confident. • Honest – our personal reputations and brand image are things we are extremely proud of and protect fiercely; acting with honesty and integrity towards each other and our clients is vital. • Committed – We are growing, we want the right person to grow with us, help us achieve our goals, and we’ll help you achieve yours. • Qualifications & Experience: A degree in a subject either related to marketing, or in a research heavy subject (such as Psychology) would be hugely advantageous but not essential. Previous recruitment experience is welcome, but you must be looking to do things a little differently!
