£50,000 – £55,000 P/A

Our client, an award winning established consultancy are specialists in delivering major development and infrastructure projects. They are looking to add an exceptional Associate Civil Engineer in their Northampton based office with their already excellent team.

Joining the senior management team, the successful applicant will oversee a diverse range of projects across commercial, residential, energy and infrastructure sectors. Suitable applicants will have a proven track record of team management, technical leadership and business development.

Job requirements

* Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
* Experience within a similar role
* Chartered Status (MICE)

Key responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing significant projects from conceptual planning stage through to construction
* Responsible for the mentoring, direction, training and performance management of your infrastructure and civil engineering and infrastructure team.
* Managing client needs, important project technical specifications, managing risk, costs, fees and commercial requirements.
* Managing all deliverables to ensure client satisfaction, commercial and technical project success.
* Assist with business development, where you will help to enhance and grow civil engineering and infrastructure capabilities locally.
