Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Chester
We are currently assisting our Tier 1 House Building Client in the search for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
To work on Housing Developments in and around Cheshire.
The business have gone from strength to strength over the past 3 years, have a good pipeline of work with both new and repeat clients.
They have work all across the North West, but this role is to work with the team based from their Chester office. You will generally work from sites or the office so must be willing to travel between both.
The projects range up to £18m and you would be working under either a Quantity or Senior Surveyor assisting on the projects with tenders, subcontractor payments and management and ensuring that the day to day commercial duties are kept up with.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and worked on projects over £5m and been involved in the above requirements.
They have an excellent training and progression plan for their staff and promotions are based on individual performance and they are not shy of promoting from within.
In return they can offer a salary around £36,000 + car or car allowance, travel to sites and pension DOE.
