Assistant Mental Health Recovery Workers

Sphere Solutions are working with a mental illness charity to source Assistant Mental Health Recovery Workers to work as part of a team providing support to achieve individuals’ independence and recovery goals, focusing on the needs of the service user.

Enabling individuals to self manage, participating in support plan reviews, providing one to one or group support, supporting users to work towards their identified goals and self-confidence are a few of the responsibilities and duties on this job description.

You will need to have a good understanding of mental illness and previous demonstrable experience along with great communication skills. Access to your own efficient form of transport is essential as the role may require working from other sites.

The successful candidates will need to be able to start quickly and have a recent DBS check.
