As an Assistant Manager, you will:
* Take responsibility for key aspects of support delivery to ensure continued compliance with CQC and commissioning requirements
* Deliver regular supervision and support sessions with Support Workers and act as a mentor to ensure that colleagues develop their skills and knowledge
* Support with recruitment and inducting new colleagues to ensure that they are aware of their legal and contractual obligations and responsibilities

The role is permanent and full time, working 37 hours on a rota basis including earlies, lates, weekends and bank holidays. Occasional waking nights may be required, for which a bonus will be paid.
