Assistant Line Leaders

This position is working in a very busy and demanding environment with 3 main peaks a year.

The main duties are to assist the Shift Line Leader to deliver an effective, efficient packing operation on a day to day basis. Ensure quality and Health & Safety standaerd and achieved and maintained.

Assist in training the Line Team in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Health & Safety Procedures and Product Specifications.

Deputise for the Shift Line Leaders as required- Holidays, Shift changes, Sick weekends etc.

The is provionally based around 7.ooam -3.00pm which will includes weekend working as required by the shift rota.
