The Assistant Catering Manager will be a key part of the commercial team and expected to act as second to the Catering Manager in all aspects of the department. Sharing responsibility for the day to day running of the Museum`s catering facilities including a large and busy restaurant. You will play a crucial role in achieving maximum sales and profit, motivating the team to deliver a high standard of food preparation, delivery and customer service.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a managerial role within a catering facility. Will be service orientated with good people management skills and able to act on their own initiative.
