£55,000 – £63,000 + 10% bonus

Astrum Search is working with a boutique consultancy to recruit an Assistant Audit Manager. This is a home-based role with some UK travel (although limited).

The firm specialise in contract compliance audit within the marketing and advertising industry and work with household brands in the UK and internationally.

This is a newly created role as the business continues to expand its client base. They have a very strong reputation and are considered one of the leading players in their sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract compliance audit engagements of media and advertising agencies.
• Lead audit planning meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Deliver the end-to-end audit engagement and draft audit reports for review.
• Support the Audit Managers and Director in debrief presentations.
• Build positive working relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

• Fully qualified (ideally ACA/ACCA).
• A strong background in audit and assurance. This can be from external audit, internal audit, compliance or finance (lots of flexibility as to background).
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate audit findings effectively.
• An interest in the media and advertising sector.

This is an excellent role for an ambitious candidate who is keen to develop their knowledge of the media and advertising sector. My client has plans to continue to grow and you will have the opportunity to grow into a management/leadership role in the firm.

The role is fully remote and a full home office will be provided at my clients expense.
