Accounts/Audit Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a well established and growing firm of chartered accountants, who are looking to bring on board an ambitious accountancy professional who is keen to broaden their exposure and eventually manage their own portfolio of candidates.

Reporting directly into partners of the firm, the role is a newly created position due to the growth of the existing client portfolio requiring an experienced and talented accountant to come into the team to take responsibility for a portfolio of work.

You will be able to display experience of working within accountancy practice carrying out full start to finish accounts production for a range of clients. The firm offers a broad range of accountancy and business services, including audit therefore prior exposure to performing audit tasks would certainly be advantageous though not essential. Applicants must be at least AAT qualified, or studying for professional qualifications.
