Assistant Accountant

My client is a prestigious organisation based in Ipswich that are specialists within their industry. They have prided themselves on offering a high level of customer care and providing a bespoke service offering. They are seeking an Assistant Accountant to report directly into the Financial Controller. The role has a broad remit to include the preparation of monthly management accounts, intercompany reconciliations, journal adjustments including accruals and prepayments, maintenance and control of the fixed asset register, payroll, VAT returns and treasury activities.
