Job Description
Location: Remote based – with occasional learner observations in Kent and surrounding areas
Salary: £26,000 – 30,000 (DOE – plus up to an additional £6000 in performance related bonuses)
Our people are at the heart of everything we do and we due to further growth we are proud to be able to recruit another energised, engaging and experience Personal Tutor to execute an outstanding experience for learners on their Health and Social Care qualification up to Level 5, with face to face observations for our learners.
If you are an experienced HSC professional, with knowledge of apprenticeships up to Level 5, with the energy and commitment to inspire success, deliver exceptional teaching and learning, support learners to progress and manage a diverse caseload then we want to hear from you!
As a Personal Tutor – HSC you will…
. Engage, motivate and inspire learners to achieve their work-based qualification
. Provide innovative and impactful teaching and learning
. Manage a minimum funded caseload of learners across HSC level 2 – 3
. Deliver an outstanding experience for all learners and employers
. Stretching and challenging your learners to succeed
. Provide valuable and insightful feedback to every learner to stretch and challenge them and enable further professional development
If you have experience of supporting learners by delivering innovative, impactful and engaging remote sessions, with a strong background and knowledge in the Health and Social Care Sector at a senior or managerial level, with the ability to stretch and challenge your learners to continually develop, apply now!
Requirements
What our ideal applicant has:
.Minimum of Level 3 Assessor (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1)
.Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS)
.Level 3 qualifications within the Health & Social Care sector
.Occupational competency
.Experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
.Experience of managing a diverse caseload
.Knowledge and experience of EPA
.Ability to adapt and differentiate sessions depending on different learning styles and accessibility levels
