Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year

About the role of Assessor
*Identify and assess learners
*Develop robust learning plans with realistic goals
*Deliver high quality l&d workshops
*Design and plan practical training sessions
*Actively support and mentor the learners based on your experience and knowledge from within retail banking
*Observe, mark and assess work
About you
*Minimum of 2 years in retail banking (front of house) within the last 5 years
*Committed to completing the assessor qualifications
*Awareness of apprenticeships, traineeships or other vocational qualifications
*Excellent communication skills
*Full, clean driving license
