Retail Assessor (Qualified)

Retail Assessor – Derby / Nottingham

Salary: Starting salary of £30,000+ Mileage, Equipment and Generous Holiday Entitlement

Our client is a successful National Training Organisation, who delivers work based training programmes to individuals across the UK. Due to company growth they are now looking to appoint a Qualified Retail Assessor to cover Derby and Nottingham.

The successful Assessor will be responsible for the training, assessment and support of a caseload of learners undertaking Apprenticeships within Retail, and to ensure the timely and accurate delivery Apprenticeships in line with company procedures.

Essential Criteria:

• Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA
• PTLLS Certificate
• Experience of delivering the full framework Apprenticeships with Key Skills or Functional Skills
• Experience of Assessing Retail to Level 3
• Hold a strong background within Retail preferably at a Supervisory / Management level
• The ability to hit the ground running with a full caseload
• Excellent achievement rates
• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
