Assembly Operatives

Ford and Stanley, specialist engineering and manufacturing recruitment consultancy, are working on behalf a leading European manufacturing businesses and recruiting for 8 x assembly operatives to work at an assembly plant near Milton Keynes.

Operating over a 2 shift basis (6-2, 2-10), these assembly operatives will be working in a vehicle build environment. They will be offered full time permanent positions which boast shift premium, healthcare, pension, 25days holidays + stats.

You will be joining a business that is recognised as a European top 5 manufacturer and a business that is looking to deliver best in class results.

The successful candidate will have worked in an assembly type environment which requires the use of a variety of hand tools. They will also have a minimum NVQ level 3 in a manufacturing related qualification. The role is moderately physically demanding.
