for a creative and talented individual who can lead a busy design team.

You will be leading a team of 8 – designers and photographers – but you will have the ultimate
responsibility for the visual quality of all products including: cover and
internal pages – product packaging, marketing materials and websites. So you
will be passionate about design with lots of artistic flair and be a great
leader able to develop and motivate your team to consistently achieve their
best and beyond! You will ensure that the team delivers work that is eye
catching and innovative and also on budget and on time.
