Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SALES

LOCATION: Based from the prestigious office near Tonbridge, Kent. This is a Regional Sales position covering the Southeast. You may be searching for Field Sales jobs in Kent / and be accessible to the M25 and the Home Counties. You will have a full clean driving licence.

SALARY:  £48,000 – £54,000basic with realistic OTE £65K-£85K within the first two years, (dependant on results), uncapped bonus, company electric car (depending on experience and salary package), plus benefits, training & pension.

HOURS: Permanent, full time. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

As an experienced Territory Sales Manager / Technical Field Sales Executive, your primary objective will be to drive forward the company’s growth. You will be responsible for managing your own time and sales territory, actively seeking out new business and opportunities whilst maintaining and developing ongoing profitable relationships with clients.

This is not a hard closing sales role, but does require someone with a real, genuine passion for technical products (ideally building envelope/ glazing /construction related), and a good understanding the specification process. You will have excellent customer facing presentation / communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft office, Social Media and CRM systems.
