Area Manager

Salary: £32,400 – £36,000 per year

Established in 1988, my client is a successful, family-run, fast-growing Commercial Cleaning company based in Central London. They hold on to the principles and ethics on which they were founded and they are still very much at the heart of what they do today. They have a deeply held commitment to deliver excellent client satisfaction. They provide a broad variety of soft FM/cleaning services for a broad variety of clients across the UK with a network of local offices.

I am currently looking on their behalf for an experienced Area Manager (this is a Full-time, Permanent role) to work across their portfolio of prestigious London (within the North/South Circular roads) based clients. This is a hands on role and you must be fully experienced in all aspects of commercial cleaning including daily requirements as well as periodic deep cleans including windows, carpets and hard floors and one offs. The Area Manager role is field based and you will manage multiple sites therefore you will be provided with a company vehicle, so a current, full and clean driving licence is essential along with an Enhanced DBS check. You must also be able to work split shifts and have flexibility with your working patterns.

For this Area Manager role candidates will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be able to work with the latest technology and have an eye for detail as they only deliver the highest standards across all their services. Although not essential for this role, Spanish or Portuguese as a second language would be an enormous advantage. Candidates must reside within the M25 and have a stable career record. 

Salary £32,400 – £36,000company vehicle and other essential tools of the trade.
