Job Title: Area Installation Manager
Location: Brighton, South Coast
Salary: £36,000 – £48,000+ bonuses (Up to 16% paid quarterly) + phone + laptop + car + fuel card + 25 days holidays and 5 days at Christmas
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Kitchens Suppliers for an Area Installations Manager to look after operations on a number of different sites in the South Coast region.
As an Installations Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the installation service across the area ensuring that high levels of service to our customers are met by managing and coordinating subcontract fitters to meet tight deadlines on build programs.
You will need to be organised, structured and have experience in overcoming day to day challenges within a fast paced environment by being able to communicate confidently to people at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Kitchens Installations as an Area Installations Manager, Project Manager or high performing Kitchen Designer for any of the UK’s household names and have a proven track record of managing teams to deliver results and achieve key performance measures within their current or previous roles.
