Area Fundraising Manager

Eden Brown is proud to be representing a national health charity who are recruiting for an Area Fundraising Manager based in Edinburgh. The role will be to cover the West Coast and Glasgow area. The role will initially be a for a 6 month period with a view of going permanent.

As Area Fundraising Manager you lead budgeted income by creating a sustainable, vibrant, vital and effective network of Volunteer Fundraisers across the area of responsibility. The purpose of your role will be to identify opportunities to maximise income through Volunteer Fundraising, as well as recruiting and managing volunteers. You will put into place a plan for the achievement of income and recruitment targets within area of responsibility, and the identification of contingency activity to address shortfalls.
This will be achieved by working with schools, businesses and groups / associations to build successful partnerships within communities across the area.

To apply for this role, you will need to have existing specialist knowledge and experience in the field of professional community fundraising, along with experience of successfully recruiting and managing volunteers and building volunteer networks. If you also have experience of PR, communications and/or marketing this could also be an advantage.
