Salary: £33,600 – £48,000 per year
My client is a highly experienced practice with expertise in various sectors including; residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, healthcare and educational. The company deal with a variety of projects ranging from extensions to new builds and conversions. They are now looking for two Architectural Technicians to join them as soon as possible. You will be working in a large open plan office, where you will have the chance to work on all sorts of projects.
Job Description
You will be involved in a range of projects in residential, retail, commercial, industrial, education and healthcare. To be considered for this position it is essential you have 5 years experience, with a minimum of a HNC/HND qualification and have a CIAT membership. Revit experience is preferred but not necessary, you will be a good user of AutoCAD. You will also be required to have a solid understanding of the current UK building regulations and construction techniques. Knowledge in Photoshop, SketchUp and Adobe is desirable but not essential. When necessary you will commute to the London office however the successful candidate will be based in Hitchin. Candidates with use of a car will be preferred as you will be required to carry out occasional site visits.
