Architectural Technician / Interiors Technician
Job Description
Bond Recruitment
Microstation / Central London / 3 month contract vacancy
Our client has over 50 years experience and has grown into one of the largest and most diverse architectural practices in Britain. Their projects include Office, Hotel, Residential, Education and Conservation and they believe that good design is the rational application of creativity and experience. As designers their responsibilities go beyond the immediate needs of their clients, to both the built and the wider environment where they seek to use resources wisely and set high targets for sustainability and construction.
The practice has always been a partnership of experts in different fields, working in separate teams with their own diverse skills and expertise. Although they have seen many changes in the practice of Architecture over the last 50 years team working remains central to the way they operate and allows them to offer the optimum combination of experience, innovation and flexibility to their clients. These teams provide architectural and interior design services, creating innovative buildings and award-winning architecture.
They now have an excellent opportunity for someone to join their team for an initial duration of 3 months to work on the fit out of a new conference hall. The successful applicant will be highly competent at producing RIBA Stage E tender documentation for commercial interiors projects and be a fully proficient user of Microstation. My client is happy to consider applications from Interior Designers, Architectural Assistants, Architectural Technicians and Architects provided you have previous relevant project experience.
