Our London based client is a leading provider of software solutions to both the public and private sectors. Available solutions including CRM applications, accounting and legal solutions and specialist business software/licensing solutions tailored to meet individual and specific needs. Due to the continued growth within their SaaS accounting solutions and their ongoing commitment to existing users, they now have an immediate opening for an Account Executive to be based at their Central London office.

As an Account Executive, you will work as part of a small team and manage the day-to-day running of client/partner accounts. You will be required to develop in-depth product knowledge, create and maintain key relationships and prepare and deliver engaging presentations as part of ongoing account reviews. You will manage user expectations, deliver user support, guard against competitor threat, up-sell and cross-sell solutions and renew contracts in a timely manner. The ideal Candidate will be educated to degree level, have a genuine interest in finance/software and possess a minimum of 12-18+ months sales experience gained in an internal (telesales, telemarketing etc) capacity. You will be able to effectively communicate with clients through all available mediums and have a proven ability to deliver a first class service. SaaS, technology or accounting solution sales/account management experience would be highly beneficial but not a prerequisite.

The successful candidate can expect a starting base salary circa 24k with an uncapped and very realistic OTE of 32k in the first year plus an additional and generous benefits package.
