Architect / Architectural Technologist

Our client, a leading Facilities Management Company, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect to join their team in Grimsby.

This is a temporary to permanent position located in Grimsby, NE Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will have a prior education schemes background. Projects to include schools refurbishments – alterations – extensions etc

Duties to include:
– Undertake architectural design work
– Consider conservation, sustainability and energy efficiency
– Liaise with clients
– Basic admin

Experience required:
– BA (hons) DipArch and ARB registered
– BSc Architectural Technology desirable
– Customer focused
– Hard working
– Previous administration experience
– Reliable
– Flexible and able to consider extra hours if needed

To have skills, knowledge and experience in the following:
– AutoCAD
– SketchUp
– Vectorworks
– REVIT (Basic)
