LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting an Arabic Speaking Credit Controller /Customer Services Assistant for their client, an international company in the city of London

The Arabic Speaking Credit Controller/Customer Services Assistant will be responsible for:

– Raising invoices and receipts

– Sending out reminders and chasing payment within required deadlines

– Sending out customer order confirmation packs and following up to ensure information is received and understood

-Composing emails, documents and letters for clients.

– Monitoring and recording feedback from clients and making follow-up feedback calls

– Ensuring that systems are updated with relevant information on a timely basis

The Arabic Speaking Credit Controller/Customer Services Assistant will need to have the following skills and experience:

– Fluency in Arabic to native standard, plus fluent English

– Experience in credit control and customer relations using a customer database

– Good attention to detail and administrative skills

– Well organised with ability to work within deadlines

– Good team player
