Arabic Kyc Banking Analyst

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

We are working with our client in their search for an Arabic KYC Banking Analyst to join their team in London on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Act as Lead resource to undertake necessary frontline Compliance related searches for Corporate Banking, Operations and Treasury.

Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance processes, whilst liaising with department heads for prioritisation.

Enhance skill base with engagement with the necessary KYC, CDD, Account Opening requirements; and any associated corporate governance requirements..

Provide key resource to growing ESG, Financial Climate risk requirements at the branch including building up of knowledge material and client policies on such matters.

Involvement in the above activities will enable greater understanding of the bank’s business and Corporate Banking’s’ products and client base, therefore providing a basis for further development including ab initio credit analysis, relationship management, origination.

Provide CB with additional resources for system requirements in addition to other administrative, client-based activities.

Skills and knowledge:
Good administrative skills base and team interaction.
Prior experience in administrative, banking or compliance role.
Experience previously gained working in a compliance and AML department would be a key advantage.
Knowledge and prior use of Microsoft office packages
Experience with Compliance related search systems would be an advantage.
Attention to detail
Adaptability
Must be flexible and able to turn their hand to other duties.
English. Arabic would also be a key advantage
Good level of education and good general all round admin experience.
