Approved Electrician

Approved Electrician required in North London

Salary £36,000​+ (negotiable for the right person) plus overtime & call-out
20 days holiday & pension after 3 month probation period.

Our client are providing the following with this role; overtime, pension, call-out rota, ​fully stocked van, full PPE, paid parking, iPad, mobile phone ETC.

Our client are now in a position to recruit an Approved Electrician in the North London region – Maintenance and service experience is preferred.

This role does not include site work. ​

Essential Skills:
– Time service with City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 or NVQ Level 3 and 17th Edition
– Inspection and testing BS2394 and BS2395
– Demonstrable fault finding experience and skills
– Good working knowledge of BS7671 wiring regulations
– A proven track recond in the Electrical industry
– Good organisation and communication skills (verbal and written)
– Flexible, hardworking and with the ability to meet tight deadlines
– Working knowledge and awareness of H&S procedures including asbestos
– CSCS Card

Desirable Skills – Training will be given:
– Experience with; fire alarm service, emergency lighting service and portable appliance testing (PAT)

Personal Skills:
– Full and valid UK driving licence
– Well-presented and of good appearance
– Good team player but with the ability to also work on own initiative
– Desire and ambition to go a good job and to progress
– Be customer aware and focussed
