Appointed Persons Erectors – Crane/Lifting

Control of steel erection and crane lifting operations on various sites.
Liasing with Contracts & Safety Managers, ensuring all work is completed correctly and safely. Current CSCS, CPS Appointed Persons Card Crane Ops – Lifting
Ideally SSSTS Card

Pay Rates from £19.2+ hr

Steel Erectors/Fitters

Working on Site Work, mainly erecting structural & architectural steel work.
Moving into position and erecting to drawings. Also fitting work of fabricated
work. Also working on fabrication & fitting
of bespoke fabrications such as – Metal Balconies, Stair Ways etc Able to fabricate tubing, frames, angle, box, etc from drawings.

Steel Erectors – Fabricator/Fitters

Working on Site Work, measuring and marking out from drawings & fabricating steel work mainly. Also working on specialised productions such as one offs or small batches of bespoke fabrications such as – Metal Balconies, Stair Ways etc Able to fabricate tubing, frames, angle, box, etc from drawings. Who could start asap. mainly. Using Grinders & Polishers to complete. Also able to measure, mark out & drill concrete and fit components to drawings.
Ideally able to Weld to high Spec on sheet metal, tubing plate, structural steel work. Welding of steel work using MMA & MIG

Steel Erectors? Fabricator Welders

Steel Erectors – Mates

Working on Site Work, assisting with the fabricating, erection, fitting of steel work mainly. Also working on specialised productions such as one offs or small batches of bespoke fabrications such as – Metal Balconies, Stair Ways etc Able to fabricate tubing, frames, angle, box, etc from drawings. Painting steel work, with primer/base paints, ready for Painters to paint completely. Who could start asap.. Also ideally able to measure, mark out & drill concrete and fit components to drawings.

Quals = Ideally with or part qualified in C & G – NVQ 3 in Welding Fabrication, Sheet Metal Work or Plating or Welding

Must have Site skills & experience.
Must have Current CSCS Card, ideally Slinging/Signalling, IPAF or MEWPS Card
Working at Heights, Abrasive Wheels Cards or Certs

Hours of Work = 0700 – 1700
Mon – Fri plus if required on Sat
plus Sun if required. Working in the Fab Shops & Sites, ideally living in a 20 mile radius There will also be the strong likelihood of working extra O/T where required.
Term of Work = 4 – 8 weeks pos long term subject to work load
Pay Rates Depending on Skills & Quals and Area
Pay = Skilled Trades Erectors from £13 – 14+ hr
Pay = Semi Skilled £10.00 + per hr – or Pay = Mates = £8.50 per hr Basic 60
