Applications Support / Support Analyst – Accounting Software

Applications Support / Support Analyst / Support Consultant – Accounting Software experience essential- to £28k plus benefits based in a lovely area of Bristol working for one of the most successful accounting software resellers in the South West.

You need previous experience in an IT support role, either with an end user or with a software house / software reseller supporting accounting software solutions such as Sage 200, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX, SAP Business One, Coda, Agresso, Iris Exchequer, Access Accounts, Access Dimensions, Quickbooks, Coldharbour, Pegasus Opera, SunAccounts, Sage Line 500, NetSuite, Epicor, Lawson or similar.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line application support to their client base by telephone, email and remote login, as part of a close knit, dedicated and hard working team. You will be the sort of person who is excellent on the phone, keeps your clients calm and pulls out all the stops when a client is having a crisis.

They look for people with a “can do” attitude, a positive outlook and enthusiasm, who are keen to learn and progress – full cross training is provided from your accounting software knowledge, to their accounting software products, to get you up to speed and confident in talking to clients.
