Applications Support Analyst with the ability and ambition to move into consulting and training – ideally with some knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) or CRM software solutions to work for a growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial software consultancy who are breaking new ground. Excellent opportunities to move into Business Intelligence Software Consulting in the future – to £24k plus bonus scheme.
The role is with an independent software company who are one of the fastest growing specialist software companies in the North West and experts in Business Intelligence and CRM software.
You need previous experience in a 1st Line Applications Support role, with the ability to answer and log calls, make quick software changes and resolve or escalate client queries with a confident and professional telephone manner. You will start off on support and help desk, but must be highly motivated and well organised, and able to work alone as the office is often empty – or you can be based from home with a full home office set up and VOIP phone. They will give you full training in their BI and CRM software and you will have the expertise of their consultants to call on whenever needed.
They are looking for an ambitious, bright Applications Support Consultant, or someone with business analysis or BI reporting who wants to build a career in consulting and software implementation. You will have an adaptable, intelligent personality and will be keen to learn and become an ‘expert’ on Business Intelligence and CRM software solutions. You will be confident, friendly and professional with a proactive approach and great client service skills.
