As an Application Support Analyst within a global healthcare solutions organisation, you will be required to work within the Service Desk environment reviewing and resolving incidents as logged by customers within Service Level Agreement time scales to satisfy the customer and business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

– A Pathology or healthcare related background
– High level of customer service skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– High interest in IT

Additional beneficial attributes include…

– An MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Software Engineer) qualification
– A background in Application Support/Desktop Support
– Exposure to Software Development practises/procedures to code level
