We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, dynamic Account Manager / Client Services Executive, to join a market-leading technology vendor based in Reigate.

The successful account Manager will join a talented Client Services division and help manage the day to day relationships of their key customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, whilst building long lasting bonds to help ensure client retention, and grow accounts.

The ideal Account Manager / Client Account Executive will have demonstrable experience in a similar role looking after a portfolio of clients; ideally within the technology, software or Web / digital Marketing sector, however outstanding candidates from other industries will be considered.

My client offer a unique, cutting-edge technology solution to a portfolio of big brand customers, and it’s the responsibility of the Account Manager / Client Manager to nurture the relationships via regular phone calls, emails and occasional face to face visits, to ensure that they a reaping the full benefit of the product. The Account Manager will also relish taking ownership of clients issues or requests through to resolution, as well as manage the implementation of new clients.

The essential attributes required for the successful candidate, are outstanding communication (written & verbal) skills with a genuinely professional manner and fantastic interpersonal skills which put the customer at ease. An interest in technology, would be highly advantageous. You will be a natural influencer with an ability to spot an upsell / Cross-sell opportunity within your accounts where possible.
