Allocator – Fashion Brand

This is a great opportunity for an experienced allocator to work for an established, heritage brand who also sponsor London Fashion Week.

The allocator will be an integral part of the Retail merchandising team by effectively and systematically provide stock reports, analyze store sales and manage all aspects of stock replenishments for all product categories in Retail.

• Providing crucial support to the merchandiser by taking an active role in analyzing sales trends, monitoring deliveries & maintaining stock levels.
• Creating allocation plans & allocation strategies for Initial novelty allocation, monthly product flow.
• Allocation and replenishments of all product ranges to ensure there is enough stock to satisfy customer demand while safeguarding against surplus.
• Monitoring deliveries, maintaining stock levels in distribution centers and stores and reporting back to Merchandiser and retail Team.
• Reporting and identifying potential Out of Stock, size imbalances and areas of opportunity.
• Setting up seasonal CRPs and monitoring them mid-season.
• Act as the Key point of contact for stores & distribution center.
• Process Customer Special Orders
• Initiating inter store stock transfers & ensuring full execution of Transfers in a timely manner
• Complete size analysis every season to aid future buys

Candidates should be passionate about fashion –

Must have experience in a multi-store retail environment preferred
The ability to do detailed allocation work accurately and efficiently to interpret reports and results and recap the findings.
Must be detail-oriented with the ability to translate direction to lower level execution.
