This role will involve looking after the requirements of several customers for US Air Freight Import shipments, duties will include:-
Arranging import shipments with US agents and UK customers, via telephone and email.
Monitoring shipments and keeping records.
Maintaining good customer relationships
Arranging customs clearances and deliveries
Successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of Air Freight Import operations, excellent customer service and communication skills and a good understanding of areas and airports in the US.
