My clients seeking a experience AIR EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES CLERK, based in the Heathrow area. Must have previous experience working for a freight forwarder.

Duties would include:

  • Answering quote request
  • Handling high volumes of emails
  • Working within the export operations team
  • Dealing with customer queries

Skill needed:

  • Excellent communications skills (both verbal & written)
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail and able to work at a fast pace under-pressure.

Working hours:Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00
