My clients seeking a experience AIR EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES CLERK, based in the Heathrow area. Must have previous experience working for a freight forwarder.
Duties would include:
- Answering quote request
- Handling high volumes of emails
- Working within the export operations team
- Dealing with customer queries
Skill needed:
- Excellent communications skills (both verbal & written)
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail and able to work at a fast pace under-pressure.
Working hours:Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00
