Air Conditioning Engineer (Service)
A new Air Conditioning Engineer is needed to join a busy FM company.
The Service Engineer will be expected to have over 6-7 years experience of working independently on AC systems used in Office / commercial applications and ideally completed a formal apprenticeship (NVQ).
The AC Engineer will be expected to perform the following to high standards –
Planned Preventive Maintenance
Regular Service visits
Fault diagnosing
Troubleshooting
System Repairs
Respond to breakdown calls
The client need a Air Con Engineer capable of providing accurate fault diagnosis to mainly the following equipment –
Single, Twin & Multi Splits
VRV / VRV’s (2 & 3 pipe systems)
FCU / AHU
General Electrical Systems
Knowledge on close control/down flow units and water chillers is an advantage to any application. While the bulk of the work will be on the small units above a willingness to cover first line faults on other units is needed.
Qualifications
C&G or NVQ Level 2 in Ac & Ref (or NVQ Level 3)
F-Gas 2079 (Essential)
CSCS Card (Desirable)
Product Courses – Any Daikin or Mitsubishi related product course are very beneficial!
Location –
The work is going to be in & around Hants / Surrey / Sussex areas,
On offer for the right Air Conditioning Engineer is a basic of upto £39,600, with company vehicle, call outs, overtime & an overall package.
