Salary: £36,000 per year
We currently require an Air Conditioning engineer with a minimum of city and guilds NVQ level 2/part 2 & plus F-GAS. The area to cover is M25 area including central London, but also stretching down in to Kent.
A large amount of our work is on railway contracts Areas of work will include signal centres, data centres, maintenance depots, train care depots, stations, remote relay rooms trackside.
The work includes air conditioning, vent and mechanical. Splits, VRVs, chillers, AHU’s LTHW and chilled. Mostly routine PPM but also reactive repairs and planned works. Our service engineers are not required to carry out installations.
The business is offering a salary in the region of £36,000+ Van, Phone, Overtime and Call out
