Air Conditioning Engineer

Salary: £39,600 – £48,000 per year

Our client is seeking an Air-Conditioning/HVAC Engineers to join their existing team of Engineers servicing commercial sites across the UK as part of their successful Facilities Management division.

Currently looking for an expereinced engineer in Gloucestershire and the Southwest region.

The role will suit an experienced Engineer with a strong background in Air Conditioning work; with the salary on offer varying based on the experience and qualifications held by the successful applicant.

Additional skills would be advantageous from the following; Fabric, Commercial Gas, Plumbing and/or Electrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Service and Maintenance works for Commercial and Retail clients 
• Assisting with/leading scheduled PPM contract visits 
• Attending sites for urgent reactive works 
• Liaising with office staff to progress jobs in an effective and timely manner 
• Logging and submitting work reports electronically 
• Liaising with end-users and clients to provide updates 
• Ensuring high standards are always maintained & procedures adhered to

Person Specification:

Essential Requirements: 

• F-GAS 
• IPAF Certification 
• Full, clean Driving Licence (and ability to tow trailer) 
• Willingness to travel nationally

Desirable Requirements: 

• 2+ years’ experience in both Gas & Air Conditioning 
• PASMA Certification 
• Proficient with IT (work is issued, and reports filed electronically)
