Salary: £36,000 – £38,400 per year
Air Conditioning Engineer & Close Control Engineer / Down Flow Engineer
A new Air Con Engineer with skills & experience working on critical cooling AC such as close control/down flow equipment is needed for a portfolio of 12 buildings in the Docklands, Central London & North London. This will be covering comfort cooling (large offices) & cooling in data centre environments and so AC Engineer with experience in these environments will have an advantage.
Duties will be to undertake –
Maintenance
Service
Fault Finding
Repairs
Air Conditioning Engineer will ideally be experienced enough to work independently and so have over 7-8 years experience. This should be mainly working with the larger commercial air con units & critical cooling units – multi splits, vrv/vrf and close control / down flows
Requirements –
Service Engineers must have an up to date F-Gas certificate (C&G or CITB) and ideally have served a formal apprenticeship in refrigeration & air conditioning (NVQ or C&G). Any training courses/certificates (CSCS card / IPAF / PASMA, etc).
As the work is mainly in Central London Air Con Engineers need to be based in & around the London area to be able to cover these sites.
Close Control Engineers / Air Conditioning Engineers must be confident working alone and used to working in & around London on a daily basis. This is an immediate role with a salary of approximately £36,000 – £38,400plus overtime, some call outs, company van, holidays, mobile, etc.
