Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Agriculture Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm in Lincoln. This role is rewarded with a top of the market salary and benefits package as well as a blend of home and office working.
About the role
The successful Agriculture Solicitor will gain exposure to all aspects of Agriculture work including:
– Farm and Estates Sales and Purchases (often sold in lots and with residential properties)
– Agricultural tenancies and mortgages
– Easements
– Public and private rights of way
– Boundary queries
– Complex first registrations at the land registry
About the person
The team are looking to hire at Solicitor level so will consider candidates with 6 months’ experience gained in either Agriculture, Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing matters. Experience of acting for Agricultural clients is desirable but not a pre-requisite.
You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner.
